Don't give UPI PIN: Let's say a phone arrives to a customer. Say, you won a few thousand rupees through a lucky draw. The money will be transferred through PhonePe or Paytm. Caller may ask for UPI PIN from user for this transaction. And if you give it, the account will be empty.
