LIC has joined hands with Infosys, soon the insurance company will be digitalized

New Delhi Since the digital revolution has come in the country, every company is choosing the process of digitization. Now one more name has been added to this list. Life Insurance Corporation, the largest company to life insurance, i.e. LIC, has decided to digitize for the coming modern generation. LIC has chosen Infosys, one of the top IT companies of the country, to give digital transformation to the company. On Monday, Infosys, the company providing IT services, has officially informed about this.
The initiative will focus on better experiences and data-driven personalization for customers, agents and employees. The company did not disclose the amount of the deal. According to a statement, “Infosys today announced its collaboration with Life Insurance Corporation of India, India's largest life insurance company, to advance its digital transformation initiative called LIC DIVE (Digital Innovation and Value Enhancement).”
Next generation digital platform ready
Under the deal, Infosys will build a next-generation digital platform that will focus on delivering enhanced engagement and data-driven personalised experiences for LIC's customers, agents and employees. LIC chose Infosys due to its deep expertise and experience in the banking, financial and insurance sectors, the statement said.
