To ensure that the ration card holders get 100% benefit of the ration provided by the government through the Public Distribution System Center, the District Administration and Subdivision Administration, on the instructions of the Central Government and the State Government, are doing routine checking of the availability of ration at the Public Distribution System Center and the distribution of ration as per the regulations, and stock matching.
Given the shortage of grains as per the stock and distribution at Maheshpur Public Distribution System Center in Bhagwanpur block area, an FIR has been lodged against the license holder Subodh Kumar for cancellation of the license of the license holder on the charge of black marketing of grains. In this regard, SDO Teghra said that the administration at the district and subdivision level is fully committed to the government to ensure that the benefits of the government's public welfare scheme reach the common people easily. No person in the concerned department who is negligent in work or indulges in black marketing will be spared. Necessary action will be taken after investigation of the complaint of the beneficiary. The action taken on the instructions of the SDO has created panic among the operators of the Public Distribution System Center.
