How to update the address

• First of all, you have to go to the official portal of UIDAI (myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/).
• After this, go to the login option and enter the Aadhaar number and captcha.
• After this, fill in the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
• Now go to the Aadhaar update section and click on Head Of Family (HOF) based Aadhaar update.
• Here you have to enter the Aadhaar number of the head of the family.
• After this, you have to pay the update fee.
• After paying the update charge, the request will go to the Head of the family.
• As soon as the Head of the family allows this request, your Aadhaar card will be updated.

Free Aadhaar Update

UIDAI has also given the facility to Aadhaar users to update Aadhaar for free. You can update your Aadhaar online for free till 14 September 2024. However, you will have to pay a charge to update your Aadhaar offline. Let us tell you that a charge of Rs 50 is levied per update.
