After the price hike, the price of a 19 kg cylinder of commercial gas in Kolkata increased to Tk 1943. The price of commercial gas per cylinder in Delhi has increased by Rs.1833. The price of commercial gas in Mumbai has increased to 1785 taka 50 paisa per liter.
In Chennai, the price has increased by 1999 taka 50 paisa. Incidentally, commercial gas is used for cooking in hotels and restaurants. There is no doubt that the prices increase during Kali Puja, the hotel and restaurants in Vaifonte will cost you extra money.
