Following Swapnil Kusale’s incredible bronze medal victory in the men’s 50m rifle 3P event at the Paris Olympics 2024 on August 1, the Indian film industry has been a flurry of activity. As the first Indian shooter to earn a medal in this category, Kusale’s victory in the men’s 50m rifle 3P event is historic. Swapnil Kusale earned third place with a total score of 451.4, earning India’s third medal in the shooting competition at the Olympics in Paris. Despite placing eighth in the qualifying round, he turned up a good performance in the final to earn a spot on the podium. Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, another Indian shooter, participated as well but was unable to get beyond the qualifying round.
