PM Ujjwala Yojana is being run by the central government for the poor people of the country. Under this scheme starting from 1 May 2016, women get free gas connection as well and the first refilling of the cylinder is also done for free.

-First of all, get the application form from your nearest gas agency or the official website of Ujjwala Yojana.
- You have to visit the official website of Ujjwala Yojana.
- Now the option of download form will be visible on the home page of the website. You have to click on it.
- Now after the application form opens, click on the download option and take a printout of it.
- Now you have to enter all the information asked in it.
- Now attach a copy of all your necessary documents with the form.
- Now you have to go to the nearest gas agency and submit all the documents.
- Now the application will be verified.
- After this, you will get an LPG gas connection under PM Ujjwal Yojana.
