1. Open the website of the public distribution system.

3. Enter your ration card, aadhar card and registered mobile phone.
4. Then select Continue/Submit option.
5. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile phone here.
These are the processes to link Aadhaar with ration card online. But this is the important thing to note. It is mandatory to link Aadhaar with phone number. Only then you can link Aadhaar and PAN in this way.
Aadhar-Ration Card Linking-Offline
1. Visit the nearest ration shop.
2. Bring your ration card, aadhar card (original and photocopy) and passport size photograph.
3. Fill up the application form for Aadhaar seeding, attach the photocopies and give it to the concerned person.
4. Officer may ask for biometric authentication (fingerprint scanning) to verify Aadhaar details.
5. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number.
