The beneficiaries of the scheme are given 12 refills in a year during the financial year 2024-25. Under this scheme, the beneficiaries will continue to get a subsidy of Rs 300. However, this subsidy will be available for the next 9 months.

At the same time, Ujjwala beneficiaries are getting cylinders for Rs 503 after a discount of Rs 300. Let us tell you that in March, the cabinet of the Central Government approved the continuation of the targeted subsidy of Rs 300 to the consumers of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. The beneficiaries of the scheme will get this subsidy till March 31, 2025. This means that for the next 9 months, customers will be able to avail the benefit of a discount of Rs 300.
