UPI Payment News: Everyone uses UPI payment nowadays. If you also use this then you might get a little shocked to hear this news because a new report has come out and it has been said that charges will be imposed on UPI payment.

Users using credit cards may have to pay a fee. However, there is no official confirmation about this yet. Now most of the banks are using this network as Rupay is India's network whereas earlier Visa and MasterCard were used but now big banks are also issuing credits from this network.

Although experts have not given this information, there may be a change in MDR charges. Currently, there will be no charge on payments up to Rs 2,000. Now this decision has been taken keeping in mind the increasing number of transactions.

Experts say that these changes can be made very soon. After this, you may have to pay this charge when you make payment using credit card on Google Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm and any payment app.
