This will increase the problems of the consumers of Ujjwala Yojana. There are about 50 thousand consumers associated with this scheme in the district.
Regarding this, Indian Oil officials have issued a warning to all Indane Gas agency holders. The operator of Maa Durga Indane Gas Agency said that Indian Oil has made it mandatory for consumers to do e-KYC. The last date for this has been fixed as 31 May.
During the free inspection, important information related to safety will be given to the consumers. The stove should be placed above the gas cylinder. This prevents the risk of fire. One should cook food while standing on the gas cylinder. If any appliance is found faulty during the inspection, then the consumers will have to pay the prescribed price to replace it.
It is mandatory to change the gas pipe every four and a half years. If this is not done, there is a risk of gas leakage and fire. DAC delivery will make gas booking easier.
