There is good news for commercial LPG users in Rajasthan, LPG cylinder prices have come down for the second time in May. The Oil Marketing Company has announced a reduction in the price of LPG cylinders by Rs 20 from May 1, 2024. This reduction means that a 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinder will now be available for Rs 1720 in Ajmer city.
Indian Oil's website has updated the prices of the new cylinders, which has seen a reduction of Rs 20 in the price of commercial LPG cylinders.
Amit, manager of Cook & Cook Gas Agency in Ajmer, confirmed the price drop, indicating a change from Rs 1740 to Rs 1720 for a 19 kg cylinder.
This cut follows the previous cut announced on April 1, 2024, where the price of a 19 kg LPG cylinder in Ajmer was reduced by Rs 30.50, taking it to Rs 1740. Overall, the price of commercial gas cylinders has come down by Rs 50 in the last two months, which has brought great relief to hotel and restaurant operators.
