These new rates will also be applicable from today. There was a reduction of about Rs 502.91/kg liter in April. The price had increased by Rs 624.37/kg liter in the month of March.

The reduction in domestic LPG cylinder prices was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on International Women's Day on March 8, in which it was said that LPG cylinders would be cheaper by Rs 100.
