When this firing took place, Salman Khan was present at his home. Besides, other family members were also at home. This was immediately informed to the police. Police reached the spot. Investigation was started. First of all, some police teams started searching for those bike riding miscreants. So right there, a police team started scanning the CCTV footage installed in Galaxy Apartment and the area.

In this case, along with Bandra Police, the Crime Branch team is also continuously engaged in identifying unknown criminals. Every post in the area has been informed. So that any clue about the miscreants can be found from anywhere and they can be arrested. Police is on active mode. DCP is also present on the spot. People of the area are also scared due to the incident of firing outside the superstar's house. Because Salman Khan has already got Y+ security from the government. Besides, he also has his own bodyguards. Despite this, this firing that took place publicly outside his house is raising many questions.

Is Lawrence Gang behind the shooting?

This incident of firing is also being linked to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Because in the year 2018, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi had threatened to kill Salman Khan. During his appearance in the court, Bishnoi had given a statement that we will kill Salman Khan in Jodhpur. Everyone will know when we take action. I haven't done anything yet.

For the second time in June 2022, Salman and his father Salim Khan had received a threatening letter. It was written in it that what was done to singer Sidhu Moosewala, the same would be done to Salman also. Not only this, in an interview given to a news channel, Lawrence had openly threatened to kill Salman Khan. It was said that Salman will have to apologize for killing the black buck in Rajasthan years ago. This apology will have to be sought by going to a temple located in Bikaner. Lawrence had said that if Salman did not do this, I would become a goon by killing Salman. Killing him is the real motive of my life.

Many threatening e-mails were also sent to Salman Khan's office by Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. After which Mumbai Police had increased tight security of Dabangg Khan. After this threatening letter, Mumbai Police had registered a case against Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi under sections 120 (B), 34 and 506 (2) of IPC following the complaint of Salman Khan's manager. Besides, he was also given Y+ security. Due to which 11 police personnel always stay with Salman. This also includes two commandos and 2 PSOs.

Attack on Punjabi singer's house

At the same time, last year when Salman Khan had reached the launching party of Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal's film, Lawrence Bishnoi had attacked singer actor Gippy's house in Canada. Gippy was also warned that this attack was carried out because of his association with Salman.

Threatening call in the name of Rocky Bhai

Not only this, Salman Khan has received such threats many times. Once a call came to Mumbai Police Control. In which the caller had described himself as Rocky Bhai from Jodhpur. After investigation, the police detained a 16-year-old boy from Thane, Mumbai. An officer said that he was a resident of Rajasthan and was allegedly threatening to kill Salman Khan.

Nor has the police been able to find any such evidence yet. According to Joint CP L&O, investigation is being done from every angle. What is Salman Khan's deer issue?

The real reason for Lawrence's threats is the deer hunting issue. In September 1998, Salman Khan was shooting for the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in Jodhpur. It is alleged that during this time Salman Khan along with his co-actors had gone to Bhavad village for hunting. Where black buck was hunted in Ghoda Farm House on the night of 27-28 September 1998. The blame for which was on Salman Khan. A case was registered in this matter on the complaint of the forest officer. Later, an eyewitness Chhogaram had told the police that people had immediately recognized Salman Khan, who was present among the youth in the gypsy for hunting. A case was registered, hence the action had also started. In this regard, Forest Officer Lalit Boda had lodged an FIR against Salman Khan on 15 October 1998 in Luni Police Station, Jodhpur. Overall, 4 separate cases were registered in this matter.

The main witness had retracted his own statement

The matter had now reached the court. In which film actors Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, actresses Neelam, Sonali and Tabu were made accused. But when the hearing of the case started in the court, the eyewitness Chhogaram retracted his statement. Even later, after getting a medical certificate made, he applied in the court that he could not remember anything and hence, he should be kept out of testifying in the black buck hunting case. After this the matter continued in the CJM court of Jodhpur.

What is the punishment in four cases?

Salman Khan was arrested for the first time in this case on 12 October 1998. After being in jail for five days, Salman was released from Jodhpur jail on bail on 17 October 1998. On 17 February 2006, the CJM court found Salman guilty and sentenced him to 1 year imprisonment. However, the High Court had acquitted Salman Khan in this case.

In the second case, on April 10, 2006, the CJM court had convicted Salman Khan and sentenced him to 5 years imprisonment. Salman had to stay in Central Jail for 6 days from 10 to 15 April 2006 in the Ghoda Farm House hunting case. Later Salman was acquitted by the High Court. After the sentence was upheld by the Sessions Court, Salman Khan had to stay in jail from 26 to 31 August 2007. He was later released on bail

Salman released on 7th April
Salman was already acquitted in the third case i.e. Arms Act case. It was alleged that on September 22, 1998, the police had recovered a revolver and a rifle from Salman Khan's room. The Jodhpur court had convicted him in the fourth and last black buck hunting case. On April 5, 2018, film actor Salman Khan was found guilty in the blackbuck hunting case and sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Whereas, actor Saif Ali Khan, actresses Neelam, Sonali, Tabu and Dushyant Singh were acquitted. On April 5, 2018 itself, Salman Khan was sent to Jodhpur Central Jail. On April 7, 2018, Salman Khan got bail on a bond of Rs 50 thousand and was released on the same day.
