The common people have got great relief on the very first day of the new month. Gas cylinders have become cheaper on April 1. This is a big relief for the common people before the Lok Sabha elections. Government oil companies today cut the prices of LPG cylinders.
According to reports, oil companies have reduced the price of 19 kg commercial cylinders by Rs 30.50. The new price has come into effect from today. However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders by the companies.
Due to this, domestic LPG cylinder consumers did not get any kind of relief just before the Lok Sabha elections. They will have to pay the same prices as they were in the previous month. Domestic LPG cylinder consumers are waiting for a reduction in prices. However, oil companies have given relief to the people associated with hotels, dhabas etc. by reducing the price of 19 kg commercial cylinders by Rs 30.50.
