Delhi University (DU) has announced the first merit list for Post-Graduation (PG) admissions for the 2026 academic year. Students can access and download the merit list by visiting the official site at pgadmission.uod.ac.in, using their CSAS portal application number and password. A total of 11,548 seats are available in this initial phase of DU PG admissions. According to the official timeline, students need to accept their assigned seats by June 17.
The document verification process and admission acceptance for the first phase will end on June 18, with the fee payment deadline set for June 19. It is important for students to be aware that the university will publish cut-off marks for each course. To qualify for the counseling rounds, students must achieve the minimum scores specified by the DU PG cut-off.
Steps to Check the DU PG Merit List 2026
1. Navigate to the official website at pgadmission.uod.ac.in.
2. Click on the ‘PG Admission’ link on the homepage.
3. Select ‘Admission List’ from the options.
4. A new window will appear displaying the DU PG merit list.
5. Use Ctrl+F to find and verify the status of a specific allotment.
6. Download the list and print it for future reference.
Admission Across 74 Post-Graduate Courses
In this first phase, seats have been allocated across 74 post-graduate programs for various categories, including General, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), OBC-NCL, EWS, PwBD, KM, SGC, and Orphan. Allotments for performance-based courses such as MA Music, MPEd, BPEd, MFA, and CW, along with the sports category, will occur during the third round of the DU PG admission process.
Upcoming Second Merit List Release
The second merit list is scheduled to be published on June 22, with the deadline for accepting the second-round allotment set for June 24. Students are required to report for document verification and admission approval by June 25, and the fee payment must be completed by June 27.
