- Fenugreek
- Garlic

- Ragi flour

Action:
- To make methi thalipeeth, first of all, clean the fenugreek vegetable and then soak it in fenugreek water for some time. Then rinse with water.
- Finely chop fenugreek vegetable in medium size. Vegetables should not be cut too finely.
- In a large bowl, add fenugreek, gram flour, rice flour, wheat flour, gram flour and mix well.
- Add garlic cloves, ginger piece, curry leaves, green chillies to a fine paste in a mixer bowl.
- Pour the prepared paste into the flour mixture and mix well. Then add salt, white sesame seeds, turmeric, according to taste.
- Add a pinch of asafoetida, red chili masala and mix well and knead the dough by adding water if needed.
- Keep the pan to heat. Pat the thalipeeth on a wet napkin and put it on a hot pan, pour oil on the side and fry till the khamang becomes crispy.
