Additionally, they must not be older than 35 years. Candidates selected for this position will receive a basic monthly salary of ₹67,700, in accordance with the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
What are the eligibility criteria?
For the DRDO Scientist D position, applicants require at least 7 years of experience and an engineering degree in the relevant discipline. The maximum age limit for this role is 45 years. Candidates selected for this position will receive a basic monthly salary of ₹78,800. Furthermore, candidates applying for the Scientist E position must have at least 11 years of experience and an engineering degree in the relevant discipline. The age limit for this position is 45 years, and selected candidates will receive a basic monthly salary of ₹1,23,100.
What is the application fee? Male candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories applying for these posts are required to pay a fee of ₹100, whereas SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
What is the selection process?
Administrative Scrutiny: Verification of all mandatory documents.
Technical Screening Level I: Bio-data-based technical screening (Level-1) considering experience and higher qualifications.
Technical Screening Level II: A preliminary online interview lasting 10–15 minutes.
