If you are feeling bloating or nausea after Eid, then boil fennel in water and then filter it and drink it lukewarm. With this you feel relief within some time. If you want, you can also eat fennel by chewing it.

If you are having crampy pain in the stomach i.e. it feels like cramps, then grind a piece of ginger and boil it in 1 cup of water. Let it become lukewarm. After this, filter it, add a little honey and lemon juice to it and drink it sip by sip. This provides relief from the problem of bloating and cramps.

If you are having stomach pain due to gas, then lightly roast half a teaspoon of celery. Crush it well. Mix a pinch of asafoetida and a little black salt in it and take it with warm water. With this you feel relief within some time.

If you feel sour belching and heartburn after eating spicy non-veg, then these are symptoms of acid reflux. To get relief from this, you can eat a little curd.
