necessary materials
- Sattu of roasted barley and roasted gram – 4 tablespoons
- Cold water – 2 glasses
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Black salt – half teaspoon
- Common salt – as per taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped onion – 1 teaspoon
- Green coriander and mint – 1 teaspoon
- Finely chopped green chillies – a little
- Ice cubes – as required

How to make at home?
- First of all, put Sattu in a big vessel or jug. Add a little cold water to it and mix it well so that lumps do not form in it.
- Now add remaining water into it and then add black salt, common salt, roasted cumin and lemon juice and mix well.
- After this add finely chopped onion, green chilli, mint and green coriander.
- Finally, add ice to the glass and serve this cold and delicious sherbet. This drink helps in keeping the body cool in summer and gives instant freshness.
