All football jersey enthusiasts have reason to celebrate. In anticipation of the 2026 World Cup, which will take place across the USA, Canada, and Mexico, adidas has unveiled a collection of retro-inspired national team shirts.
The company’s decision draws inspiration from history, as the United States previously hosted the football World Cup in 1994. To honour that era, several national teams are now sporting designs reminiscent of their classic looks.
Among them, the Belgian national team has chosen to revisit its 1986 jersey, blending nostalgia with modern design touches.
