If you have been using toothpaste for years but still your teeth are not staying clean, you can prepare effective manjan at home. In ancient times, people used this Manjana to keep their teeth white and strong. They say, some things are better old.
Use three things
You can use this toothpaste whether you have tooth decay or not. To prepare Dantamanjan, mix half teaspoon of turmeric, black salt and mustard oil to make a paste. Rub this paste on your teeth every night and morning. This will stop the gums from bleeding, clean the teeth and remove any tooth decay.
Get rid of bad breath
