Pak army again targets Baloch rebels. At least 24 soldiers were killed in an ambush attack on an army train in Quetta. The number of injured is about 100. Sources say that many of them are critical.

Initially, the train left Quetta Cantonment with Pak jawans on Sunday morning. A car loaded with a large quantity of explosives hit the train as it approached Chaman Phatak station. After that, the entire area was shaken by a terrible explosion. The train derailed. After the explosion, a large area caught fire. Round area covered with black smoke. Many houses and cars in the vicinity were damaged. The police, fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot after receiving the information. So far, 24 people have died in the incident. About 100 people were injured. They were rescued and admitted to the hospital. However, it is feared that the death toll may increase. Baloch rebels claimed responsibility for the attack.

Incidentally, this attack has evoked memories of Jafar Express. This train in Balochistan has been attacked by Baloch insurgents several times in the last one year. The train was derailed by an explosion on the railway line. Many people have died. Not only that, the Jafar Express was hijacked by Baloch rebels in March last year. They claimed that they killed 214 hostages. All of them were associated with Pak Army. However, Pakistan Army rejected this claim. But this time another train is targeting Baloch rebels. This attack is also called one of the biggest attacks in recent times.

It should be noted that the people of Balochistan have been agitating for a long time to separate from Pakistan. Armed organization ‘Baloch Liberation Army’ has been formed there to protest against the unspeakable torture of Pakistan Army. The Pak army has crossed the line of torture in the entire Balochistan to suppress this force! Rejection is coming in turn. Besides, Shahbaz Sharif’s government has given sleep to another insurgent organization Tehreek-e-Taliban. Taking advantage of this dire situation, Baloch rebels have also stepped up their attacks. In the recent past, they have carried out suicide attacks on Pak Army forces in various areas including Quetta, Pasni, Mastung, Nushki and Gadar.
