New Delhi. A shocking conspiracy to US President Donald Trump’s family has been revealed. According to the New York Post, a plan was made to target Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump’s elder daughter. In this case, the name of a suspicious person from Iraq has come to light, who is said to have links with Iran-backed organizations. The accused has been identified as 32-year-old Mohammed Bakar Saad Daoud al-Saadi, the New York Post reports. Investigative agencies claim that he wanted to avenge the death of Iranian military commander Qasim Sulemani, who was killed in a US drone strike in 2020. That attack was ordered by Trump during his last term.

Blueprint of Ivanka’s house found

The New York Post reports that the accused was also found with the blueprints of Ivanka Trump’s house in Florida. Apart from this, he had made many threatening posts on social media. One post reportedly read, “Not even the Secret Service will be able to save you.” Former Iraqi diplomat Antifadh Kanbar claimed that the accused often talked about harming Ivanka Trump. He said that he wanted to make the Trump family feel the same pain as he felt for his own people.

Arrested in Türkiye, interrogated in America

According to reports, Al-Saadi, an Iraqi citizen, was arrested in Türkiye on May 15, after which he was deported to the US. US authorities allege he has been linked to 18 attacks and conspiracies in Europe and North America. These include incidents like arson, firing and targeting of Jewish sites and American bases. The report said that the accused belonged to the Iran-backed militia ‘Kata’ib Hezbollah’ and also had close relations with IRGC officials. Currently, he is being kept under strict surveillance at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, while the investigation of the case continues.
