Harsh Dubey: ‘Really…for India…’ How did father react to Harsh Dubey’s entry into Team India

When BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia announced Harsh’s name for the Test and ODI series against Afghanistan next month, his father Surendra Dubey had no idea about it. Like every day, he was preparing to go to the cricket ground after drinking black coffee in the morning. Then he was told on the phone that his son has been selected for India.
Surendra Dubey’s first reaction was, ‘Really? For India? Afghanistan? Really?’ After this he could only say thanks. Later he told that at that moment he was completely frozen and had no words in happiness.
