According to the company, ₹79 is being charged for 30 minutes of service, ₹119 for 1 hour, ₹179 for 2 hours. Long term packages are also available. At present this service has been started in Delhi, but in the coming time it can be extended to other cities also.

This service is not limited to just picking up luggage. Keeping in mind the convenience of the customers, many additional facilities are also being provided. These include portable folding chair, mobile charging support, power bank, umbrella to protect from sun and rain, stroller for small children. This facility is proving to be very helpful during long walks in crowded markets and big malls.

The biggest benefit of this new service is also coming in the form of employment. The company says that students, retired elders and housewives can earn part time by joining this service. This is giving people the opportunity to earn additional income.
