SRH vs RCB : Which will be the fourth team to reach IPL 2026 playoffs? The eyes of fans and experts are fixed on this, because currently three teams remain in this race. Meanwhile, there is going to be a clash between the two teams that have qualified on Friday – Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The picture of Qualifier-1 will become clear in this match.

Actually, the teams reaching Qualifier-1 get benefit in two ways – the team that wins in this directly reaches the finals and if the team loses then it will not be eliminated. They will get a second chance to reach the final through Qualifier-2. In such a situation, all the teams look to finish in the top-2 on the table. RCB currently tops the points table with 18 points, and have suffered only four defeats this season.

RCB have a net run rate of 1.065, the best in the league, and are eyeing a second consecutive Qualifier 1 berth. If they do not lose against SRH by a big margin then they will easily reach Qualifier 1. Even if RCB loses by less than 87 runs (if SRH scores 200 runs) it will ensure that they remain in the top-two.

SRH have lost two of their last four matches, dealing a bit of a blow to their bid for a top-two finish at the crucial juncture of the competition. A spectacular win against RCB is the only way for them to reach the top-two as Gujarat Titans sealed their place in Qualifier 1 with a big win over CSK.

On Friday, SRH will have to be at their most aggressive as a team against RCB as they are looking for the same prize as SRH.
