Twisha Sharma Death Case is now getting more complicated.

The round of allegations was continuing ever since Twisha's body was found at her in-laws house in Bhopal on May 12, but now there has been a shocking twist in this case which has given a new and very complicated look to the whole matter. Twisha's mother-in-law and retired judge Giribala Singh has come before the media and made many such claims, which have filled the deceased's family with anger. At the same time, Twisha's father has termed these claims as a disgusting attempt to malign his late daughter's character. A complete analysis of the latest and biggest controversies of this high-profile case is hidden in the suspense-filled points given below:

The 'dark truth' of pregnancy and mother-in-law's sensational claim
The suspense and controversy deepened when retired judge Giribala Singh, while talking to ANI, made very sensitive revelations related to Twisha's personal life. The mother-in-law claims that within just 5 months of marriage, she had realized that Twisha was very liberal and used to take decisions very hastily. Giribala Singh alleged, "As soon as Twisha's pregnancy was confirmed on the 17th, her entire behavior changed. She clearly said that she did not want to keep this child." According to the mother-in-law, Twisha was harming herself that evening and was crying saying that she could not live anymore.

"Leave the house with respect..." and the mysterious pressure of abortion!
Giribala Singh claimed that after seeing Twisha's condition, he had offered her to go to her maternal home or somewhere else "with respect" the very next day. According to these allegations of her mother-in-law, Twisha was adamant on getting medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) i.e. abortion when her mother came. But the real twist in the story comes here. Twisha's brother has made a very dangerous allegation, completely contradicting this statement of his mother-in-law. The brother says that Twisha herself did not want to have an abortion, rather the Singh family, i.e. her in-laws, were putting deadly pressure on her to forcibly abort the pregnancy. After all, what was the real truth behind this unwanted pregnancy, this has now become the biggest suspense.

'Mother's sympathy and influence shield for her absconding husband?
Twisha's husband Samarth Singh (who is a lawyer by profession) has been absconding since the incident. While defending his absconding son, former judge Giribala Singh said that boys do not shed tears easily, but Samarth is broken from inside. He claimed that there was never any scuffle between the two and since there was no concrete evidence in this case, it should be dismissed immediately. Giribala has indicated that Samarth may soon surrender in the court and his army of lawyers is busy preparing for it.

"Don't malign the character of my dead daughter!"-Father's counterattack
After these claims of the in-laws, Twisha's father Nav Nidhi Sharma, living in Noida, has got angry. He completely rejected all the allegations of Giribala Singh and said that despite being a retired judge, she was openly violating the law. The father alleged that Giribala Singh was deliberately defaming his late daughter's character by appearing in the media, so that his absconding son could escape from the clutches of the law and the police investigation could be diverted.
Twisha's death on May 12, just 5 months after this marriage which took place with great expectations in December 2025, has devastated many lives. While on one hand the in-laws' side is calling it the mental struggle of a depressed woman, on the other hand the mother's side alleges that this is a direct case of murder or abetment to suicide due to dowry harassment and mental torture. These secrets of closed rooms will now be exposed in the court docket only.
