Train Cancellation News: If you are planning a trip anywhere in June, please note that a significant number of trains have been cancelled this month. Indeed, for June 2026, the Railways have cancelled 77 trains. It is possible that one of these cancelled trains might be the very one you intended to take for your trip; therefore, you should check the list of cancelled trains provided here.

It is worth noting that the trains cancelled in June comprise 65 Express trains and 12 Passenger trains. Furthermore, the routes of 8 trains have been diverted, and 6 trains will be terminated short of their scheduled destinations. Additionally, 5 trains are expected to run behind schedule during June.

What is the Reason?

These decisions have been taken due to ongoing work on the fourth railway line at Champa Station within the Bilaspur Railway Division. Consequently, this decision by the Railways is expected to cause inconvenience to passengers across seven states, including West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. However, to minimize passenger inconvenience, the Railway administration will operate the 18250/18249 and 18252/18251 Korba-Raipur-Korba Hasdeo Express—between June 8 and June 19—strictly as a passenger train service running only between Korba and Bilaspur.
