'4-7-8' Breathing Exercise
Relax your body in just 60 seconds with this simple method. While lying down, inhale through your nose for 4 seconds. Then, hold your breath for 7 seconds. Finally, exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds with a 'whoosh' sound. Do this four times. It calms your heart rate and nerves, helping you sleep.
