Why did bread become expensive?

India is not a big importer of bread. Some quantity of bread is imported from countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, but due to packing problems, the price of bread has been increased. Import of plastic has become expensive due to Iran war. India imports plastic in large quantities. These plastics are used in packing bread. At the same time, imports have become expensive due to the weakening of the Indian currency. The prices of petrol, diesel and CNG have increased, due to which transportation costs are increasing.
