PNC Infratech reported a strong rise in profitability for the quarter ended March 2026, despite a decline in revenue. The company posted a sharp improvement in net profit and operating performance on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.
According to the audited consolidated financial results, PNC Infratech’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,616.98 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 1,704.10 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking a decline of 5.1%.
The company’s total income came in at Rs 1,658.43 crore versus Rs 1,766.63 crore YoY, down 6.1%.
PNC Infratech reported profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 154.77 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 151.00 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a growth of 2.5%. Net profit after tax surged 42.8% YoY to Rs 107.76 crore, against Rs 75.44 crore reported in the same quarter previous year.
At the operating level, EBITDA declined 23.5% YoY to Rs 277 crore, compared to Rs 362 crore in the year-ago quarter. EBITDA margin also contracted to 17.1% from 21.3% last year, indicating pressure on profitability.
For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, PNC Infratech posted total income of Rs 5,509.56 crore compared to Rs 6,940.46 crore in FY25. Annual net profit rose marginally to Rs 831.50 crore from Rs 815.42 crore in the previous financial year.
