IND vs AFG Test Squad: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian team for the one-off Test match against Afghanistan. At the same time, Harsh Dubey has impressed a lot with his spin bowling. In such a situation, he has got a chance to join the Indian Test team for the first time. The Indian team will play a test match against Afghanistan from 6-10 June, which will be held in New Chandigarh. This match is not a part of the World Test Championship, due to which the star players have been given rest.

Who is Gurnoor Brar of Punjab?

Punjab fast bowler Gurnoor Brar is part of the Gujarat Titans squad in IPL 2026. However, Gurnoor Brar has not got a chance to play this season. Manav Suthar also got a chance

Rajasthan’s young spin all-rounder Manav Suthar has impressed with his game in IPL 2026. Manav Suthar is playing for Gujarat Titans in IPL 2026. Manav Suthar has taken 2 wickets in 4 matches in IPL 2026. Manav Suthar has bowled brilliantly as a spinner. In the match played against RCB, Manav Suthar took 1 important wicket for just 19 runs.

23 year old Manav Suthar plays for Rajasthan in domestic cricket. In first class cricket, Manav Suthar has 129 wickets in his name in 29 matches. Apart from this, he has also scored 945 runs with the bat. Whereas, in List A cricket, Manav Suthar has taken 34 wickets in 25 matches. Manav Suthar has made his place in India’s Test team on the basis of his consistently excellent performance in domestic cricket.

Harsh Dubey also joins the team

Maharashtra’s young spin all-rounder Harsh Dubey has also been selected in India’s Test team for the first time. 23 year old Harsh Dubey is playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2026. This season, Harsh Dubey has taken 8 wickets in 8 matches. Harsh Dubey has an excellent record in domestic cricket. Harsh Dubey, who plays for Vidarbha, has taken 133 wickets in 27 matches in first class cricket. Apart from this, he has taken 31 wickets in 30 List A matches.
