Petrol, diesel prices raised again; second hike in 4 days

Retail fuel prices across India surged for the second time in a week following a rate revision by oil marketing companies on Friday.
In New Delhi, petrol climbed 87 paise to ₹98.64 per liter (up from ₹97.77), while diesel rose 91 paise to settle at ₹91.58 from ₹90.67.
This latest uptick comes on the heels of a ₹3-per-liter hike announced on May 15.
