Riteish Deshmukh 's 'Raja Shivaji' is currently in its third week at the theatres. The movie, based on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, has been earning steadily after completing two weeks in cinemas. The actor has played the titular role in the movie and has impressed the audience with his performance. Now, on the third Sunday, the film has achieved a new milestone at the box office.
'Raja Shivaji' box office collection Day 17The historical drama collected Rs 52.65 crore in its first week at cinemas. It added another Rs 24.30 crore to the tally in the second week. Now, according to the Sacnilk report, on Day 17, the Riteish Deshmukh starrer earned Rs 3.45 crore across 2,223 shows. Out of this, the Hindi version minted Rs 0.55 crore, while the Marathi edition collected Rs 2.90 crore.
With that, the total India gross collection has reached Rs 100.07 crore, and the total India net collection stands at Rs 84.55 crore.

Interestingly, in an interview, Riteish revealed all big actors in the movie have worked for free. Mid-Day quoted him saying, "All the big actors have worked for free in this film; everyone has worked for free for Maharaj."

The movie was released in theatres on May 1, 2026.
