The Revenue and Land Reforms Department has started preparations to implement the paperless registry system. After the implementation of this new system, the entire process of land registry will become online, which is expected to provide a lot of relief to the people.
The entire process will be digital
Under the new system, all land work will now be done through online medium. In this, the process of uploading of documents, verification, fee payment and registration will all be completed digitally. After this change, people will not have to visit offices again and again and the process will become simpler than before.
Middlemen will be banned
A major objective of this initiative of the government is to reduce the role of middlemen. After the implementation of the digital system, transparency will increase and the possibility of fraud will also reduce. This will help the common people to get registered directly and securely.
Preparations completed in offices
According to officials, preparations for the new system have been completed in all the registration offices. Staff have been trained and technical resources have also been made available. The officials are now only waiting for the departmental order and final notification.
The system will be implemented immediately after notification
Officials said that as soon as the final notification is issued by the government, the paperless registry system will be implemented immediately. After this the entire process will start digitally in all offices.
After the implementation of the new system, people will get many types of facilities. Time will be saved, the process will be faster and transparency will also increase. Along with this, security of documents and record management is also expected to be better than before. This initiative of Bihar government is considered to be a major change in the registry system of the state.
