A heart-wrenching murder case has come to light in Kaimur, Bihar. Here younger brother Vikas Gupta, along with his associates, brutally murdered his elder brother, sister-in-law and two innocent children. The dead bodies were cut into pieces and thrown into different rivers and canals in suitcases and sacks. In Kaimur, Bihar, an incident that brought shame to relationships was carried out by a brother. In Dahrak village of Ramgarh, the younger brother brutally murdered his own elder brother Krishna Murari Gupta, his wife and two children by cutting them with a sharp weapon. This incident of murder was so gruesome that the accused beheaded all four bodies to hide the evidence. Then the torso was packed in suitcases and sacks and thrown into the river. This came to light when the police recovered decapitated bodies from the river and canal. The main accused brother was arrested from Madhya Pradesh.

This sensational incident started on May 10, when two suitcases were found filled with decapitated bodies from Panserva Durgavati river located on Chausa-Mohaniya NH-319A. Just two days later, other parts of the dead bodies were recovered in two sacks near the culvert of Abhaide Vishwakarma Pump Canal. There was a stir in the Kaimur police department when four beheaded bodies were found together and to solve the mystery of the case, SIT, Dog Squad and FSL teams were immediately deployed to investigate. Clue found from innocent child’s Anganwadi dress: During investigation, a girl’s Anganwadi dress was found near the dead bodies, which proved to be the biggest turning point in the investigation.
Investigation revealed that Kriti, daughter of Krishna Murari Gupta of Dahrak village, was not coming to Anganwadi since May 6.
When the lock of the locked house of Krishna Murari was broken in the presence of SP Harimohan Shukla and SDPO Pradeep Kumar. When the police entered the house, there were blood stains and foul smell. Krishna Murari Gupta had a dispute with his brothers. According to the villagers, the deceased Krishna Murari Gupta was the eldest among the four brothers and his nature was quite controversial. He often quarreled with his brothers and was allegedly not even allowing his brothers to get married. As per police records, Krishna Murari had a criminal history of his own. He had also gone to jail in the year 2020 for the murder of his own brother-in-law Suraj Gupta. This family rivalry and old dispute became the main reason for this massacre.
Accused brother arrested from Madhya Pradesh
Mohania SDPO Pradeep Kumar said that with the help of mobile surveillance, the main accused brother Vikas Kumar Gupta was arrested from Madhya Pradesh. After police interrogation, severed heads of a woman and a man have been recovered from the banks of Durgavati river near Akodhi. Police sources believe that Vikas has committed this heinous murder along with three-four associates, police raids are underway to get to the bottom of it. With the help of mobile surveillance of the heads of the remaining two children, the main accused brother Vikas Kumar Gupta was arrested from Madhya Pradesh.
