Bharmour
In a notable effort to respect the religious beliefs and feelings of worshippers, the local Meat Shop Union under Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal Bharmour has made an important decision.
During a recent gathering, the union agreed that all meat and chicken vendors situated between the Old Bus Stand entrance and the Chaurasi Temple complex would take down any signage and promotional materials related to chicken products.
Union representatives highlighted that Bharmour holds significant religious and historical value, drawing numerous pilgrims and tourists each day. To protect the area's sanctity and ensure that no religious feelings are offended, shopkeepers collectively supported this resolution.
Pawan Pathania, the union leader, along with other officials from the Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal, affirmed that local traders are dedicated to fostering a peaceful environment in the area. They expressed appreciation to all shopkeepers for their cooperation in executing this decision.
The community and devotees have responded positively to this initiative, viewing it as a constructive move towards enhancing social and religious harmony in Bharmour.
