The reason for this is the names of the two albino buffaloes being sold here, which have been named after two famous leaders of the world.
Buffalo named ‘Donald Trump’ becomes attraction
An albino buffalo weighing about 700 kg is attracting people’s attention in a farm in Narayanganj. His owner has named him ‘Donald Trump’ after Donald Trump. According to the farm owner, this buffalo is of very calm and straightforward nature. It was told that it has been sold at the rate of about 550 taka per kilogram and will be handed over to the new owner before Eid.
Different identity of buffalo named ‘Netanyahu’
There is another albino buffalo in SS Cattle Farm of the same area, whose weight is said to be more than 750 kg. This buffalo has been named after Benjamin Netanyahu. The farm manager says that this buffalo is of very aggressive and fighting nature. When someone goes to feed it, it tries to blow its horn and starts hissing in anger.

Due to these unique names and specialties of buffaloes, a huge crowd of people is gathering at the farm. People are coming from far and wide to see these buffaloes, take pictures and make videos. Their pictures are also becoming increasingly viral on social media, due to which this market has come into more discussion.

According to the farm operators, there are a total of six albino buffaloes in this area, which have become a special attraction due to their different color and nature. Before Bakrid, the discussion about these buffaloes has given the local market an atmosphere like a tourist destination.
