Angkrish Raghuvanshi somehow managed to continue his incredible form in the 2026 edition of the Indian Premier League as well. This was quite important for Kolkata Knight Riders in their match against Gujarat Titans at the Eden Gardens.

 

The youngster delivered an incredible, unbeaten innings of 82 runs from 44 deliveries. He helped Kolkata Knight Riders register a score of 247/2 in the allotted 20 overs. In this innings, Angkrish Raghuvanshi also found himself among two different records in IPL's history.

 

At present, the youngster holds five 50+ scores in IPL 2026, and this has made him stand out alongside other promising youngsters of the league at 21 years of age.

From the start Raghuvanshi looked calm, like he was already on a mission. He attacked the Gujarat Titans bowlers with clean striking, boundaries came fast - four boundaries and seven sixes too. In the middle overs he kept the momentum up, not letting the bowling breathe, even a little.

 

Also, right-handed Raghuvanshi built a solid partnership with Cameron Green after Finn Allen got out. The two of them kept going with the pressure, never really giving Gujarat Titans a chance to settle, or reset their plans.
