Chennai: Kollywood actor Ravi Mohan’s family dispute has once again come into the spotlight amid ongoing divorce proceedings with his wife Aarti Ravi.

The couple has reportedly been heading for divorce, and the case is currently before the court. Meanwhile, the actor’s alleged close association with singer Keneeshaa Francis has triggered widespread discussion on social media.

Rumours about a relationship between Ravi Mohan and Keneeshaa Francis have been circulating for some time. However, the actor has consistently maintained that they are only close friends. It has also been alleged that tensions in the marriage between Ravi Mohan and Aarti Ravi escalated due to Keneeshaa Francis, though no official confirmation has been made.

On Saturday (May 16), Ravi Mohan addressed a press conference where he became emotional and spoke in tears about the controversy.

Following online trolling, Keneeshaa Francis reportedly decided to step away from Chennai and maintain distance from Ravi Mohan, further intensifying the public debate.

During the press interaction, Ravi Mohan said Keneeshaa was only a good friend and expressed disappointment over how their association was being portrayed.

He said he has been repeatedly targeted and criticised, adding that such pressure has affected those around him as well.

Responding to allegations about his personal life, Ravi Mohan said he is 45 years old and a father of two children. He questioned claims suggesting improper behaviour, stating that he has spent decades in the film industry and has never behaved in such a manner.
