CSK has included Kuldeep Yadav in the team in place of left arm fast bowler Khalil Ahmed who was out due to injury. At the same time, a 38-year-old bowler has also entered the defending champion Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Kuldeep gets a chance in place of Khalil
An official announcement was made by IPL on Friday, May 15, in which information about the changes in both the teams was given. According to this, Chennai Super Kings has signed Delhi fast bowler Kuldeep Yadav as a replacement for Khalil. Left-arm pacer Khalil got injured after playing 5 matches this season and was then out of the entire season. Kuldeep, who came in his place, had earlier played a total of 3 matches for Rajasthan Royals in 2021 and 2023, in which he got 2 wickets. He has been signed for Rs 30 lakh.

38 year old bowler joins RCB
