NFL Management Trainee Vacancy 2026: The National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has announced the recruitment notification for Management Trainees for the year 2026. **Total Vacancies:**

**Eligibility Criteria:**
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, an Engineering degree, CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost and Management Accountant), or an MBA from a recognized institution.

The age requirements are as follows: a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 27 years, calculated as of April 30, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary and Benefits

**Salary Structure:**
Selected candidates will receive a salary within the E-1 pay scale, ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000. Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical facilities, Provident Fund (PF), and other allowances.

The selection will occur in two phases:

Offline OMR-based Written Examination

Personal Interview

The final merit list will be compiled based on the scores from both stages.
