Along with the increase in the prices of petrol and diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG) has also become expensive. This increase has further affected the budget of the common man. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has taken a jibe at the shock of inflation. While posting on social media, Akhilesh Yadav has written that if you want to move forward then bicycle is the only option.

In Lucknow, the price of petrol has increased by Rs 2.84 paise and the price of diesel has increased by Rs 3.01. With this, petrol will now be available to the general public at Rs 97.55 per liter and diesel at Rs 90.82 per liter. Along with this, the prices of CNG have also been increased. CNG prices have also been increased by two rupees in Lucknow. Currently the price of CNG in Lucknow is Rs 98 per kg. AGM of Green Gas Limited, Praveen Singh said that only the old prices of CNG will be applicable in Lucknow, Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Unnao and Agra. However, when CNG prices were revised, they increased by Rs 2. This has been the price since then.

The price of CNG in Delhi has been increased by Rs 2 per kg. With this, the new price of CNG in Delhi has now become Rs 79.09 per kg. This increase has come into effect with immediate effect.
