Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) produced one of their most complete performances against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Raipur and won the Indian Premier League (IPL) match by six wickets. Virat Kohli produced a vintage hundred and was unbeaten on 105 off 60 balls as he steered RCB to the win and also became the first Indian batter to reach 14,000 runs in T20 cricket. RCB has now reclaimed the top spot on the IPL 2026 points table at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur on Wednesday.

Despite Tim David falling late, Jitesh Sharma finished the RCB vs KKR clash in style by smashing a boundary in the final over. The win lifted RCB back to the top of the points table and snapped KKR’s four-match unbeaten streak.

KKR crossed 190 thanks to disciplined strike rotation and strong finishing in the death overs, but Kohli’s unforgettable innings ultimately stole the show in a memorable RCB vs KKR showdown.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants have officially been eliminated from IPL 2026 playoff contention, becoming the first two teams to crash out of the tournament.
