Eye compartment of more than 1.63 lakh students
New Delhi. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 12 exam results were declared on Wednesday. Giving this information, a senior official said that this year more than 85 percent students have passed. The result shows that the percentage of students passing this year has decreased by more than three percent compared to last year. Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said that while more than 85 percent students have passed the examination, more than 94,000 children have scored more than 90 percent marks.
According to Bhardwaj, more than 17,000 children have scored more than 95 percent marks. He said that more than 1.63 lakh students have been kept in ‘compartment’ category, which is about two percent more than last year.
This time in the examination, girls once again won and performed better than boys. The passing percentage of girls was more than 88 percent, while the passing percentage of boys was 82 percent.
