Material
for the base
- 15 to 18 digestive biscuits
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of melted butter
For the filling
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon cornflour

- First crush the biscuits and mix it with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the cake tin to set and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add fresh cream, egg, vanilla essence and cornflour to it and make a smooth mixture.
- Pour this mixture over the prepared base and gently tap to remove air bubbles.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 45 to 50 minutes.
- After the cake cools completely, put it in the fridge for a few hours and then cut and serve.
