According to Tamim, the situation became so serious that several clubs boycotted competitions before an investigation into the former board’s actions could begin. Now leading the interim BCB setup, Tamim said his primary focus is to rebuild Bangladesh cricket and ensure that such controversial situations do not harm the country’s cricket future again.
