Signature Global reported a sharp rise in earnings for the quarter ended March 2026, driven by strong growth in revenue and exceptional gains.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 115.24 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 6.11 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a massive growth of nearly 1,785% YoY. On a sequential basis, the company had reported a loss of Rs 4.53 crore in Q3 FY26.

Revenue from operations surged 112.8% YoY to Rs 1,107.27 crore in the March quarter, as against Rs 520.43 crore reported in Q4 FY25. Compared to Rs 284.44 crore in Q3 FY26, revenue jumped around 289.3% QoQ.

Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 1,195.23 crore, rising 134.3% from Rs 510.43 crore reported a year ago. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, total income climbed 279.6% from Rs 312.76 crore.

The company reported total expenses of Rs 1,076.18 crore during Q4 FY26, up 116.2% YoY compared to Rs 497.71 crore in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, expenses increased 188.7% from Rs 372.52 crore.

Profit before tax (PBT) before exceptional items came in at Rs 118.61 crore, compared to Rs 72.72 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting a rise of 63.1% YoY. The company had posted a loss before tax of Rs 59.76 crore in Q3 FY26.

During the quarter, Signature Global reported exceptional gains of Rs 1,267.22 crore, which boosted overall profitability. Consequently, profit before tax after exceptional items surged to Rs 1,385.79 crore against Rs 72.72 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a rise of over 1,805%.

For the full financial year FY26, the company posted net profit of Rs 1,094.64 crore, sharply higher from Rs 101.21 crore reported in FY25. Annual revenue from operations increased 3.9% to Rs 2,595.87 crore from Rs 2,498.02 crore in the previous financial year.
