Domestic dispute linked to lifestyle differences
Preliminary investigation suggests that the incident stemmed from a love marriage that reportedly deteriorated due to cultural and lifestyle differences. The couple, who lived in a traditional village setting, had frequent disagreements with Sneha over her dressing choices and her regular filming of social media reels.Allegations of sustained harassment
Family members of the deceased alleged that these domestic disputes escalated into prolonged harassment and a pattern of bullying. They claimed that prior to their deaths, Rajesh and Suman had described repeated conflicts and alleged that Sneha’s family had assaulted them, leading to severe mental distress.Complaint filed by victim’s family
Following the deaths, Rajesh’s brother lodged a complaint at Matloda police station. Based on the complaint, police registered a case and initiated further investigation into the allegations.(With inputs from TOI)
